Is there a way to convert Pro Action Replay Codes to Game Genie?

Specifically codes that begin with 7E because I've read its impossible to do with PAR codes that begin with 7E. Is that true?

7E-7F RAM codes can be easily converted to Game Genie without debugging sometimes. What codes do you need converted.

I plan on writing a simple tutorial on how to convert PAR codes to Game Genie codes, so yes, it is hard and the difficulty ranges on the game and code you are trying to convert.

I will likely have the other two codes made within two days depending on my schedule.
