Code Import Error Collection

During the process of importing codes we always encounter problems with formatting of the source files. Keeping this in mind we may run into a few codes that may be formatted wrong or some items in the wrong fields due to these source file errors. This thread will be dedicated to those errors found and can be submitted in the following format

Example:

Console / Device

Game Name (exactly as it appears in the database)

Code Category (exactly as it appears in the database)

Code title (exactly as it is appears in the database)

Error line: The code the error occurs on. (if this is a note error please put the word NOTE in this area.)

We appreciate all the help you can provide in finding these errors and posting them here so that we may correct them for future updates. Since the database is rather large we need to work as a community to rid the database of as many errors as possible. With this being said I have listed some that I have found so far below.

GG/SNES:

Super Pitfall -> accidentally added under this instead of GG/NES. Fixed under GG/NES in offline db. Need to remove in future revisions. Removed from offline db.

You cant control where you go as far as your X/Z axes go, but I plan to hack that in later. I also updated the button activation for my Kill Yourself code (changed it to C+Z+A+B).
