So when I was at college, I couldn't access the boards. Now that I'm home, I can access here without a problem.

I don't know if it's just a mistake, but if it's not, then that means Avenger of Hell is from my college. He managed to get banned? LOL.

Well, I think that information. Not about the site, but I just wanted to make a topic about that. Move it where it belongs, if you feel this isn't the right place.

I'm gunna leave it cause it brings up a good point: if it lists you as banned, you're either:

a) Banned.

or

b) Meeting a criteria for a previous ban on another member.


In mikes case his IP meets another members ban criteria so it won't let him login :S


Good thing to keep in mind, you're probably safe at home but you aren't guaranteed to NOT meet someone elses ban criteria from a public place. People do use netcafe's/colleges to browse sites and do things they don't want to get busted at home for (spamming for instance )

Yeah, well, Avenger of Hell looked like he was from my college. He spoke french in a manner that's unique to people of Québec, wich is a clue; but that doesn't mean he's necessarily from my college. Although I can't access the boards from college. So if you banned his IP, that must be because he's from the same college as I.

Who'd be a loser enough to do that? Before you ask, not me.

But yeah, now it's almost certain he's from my college. But finding who it is isn't that easy. It's not like I'm alone when I'm in a computer lab. Geek everywhere and all.
