ANY Shiny Pichu you get will be "Pikachu-colored", regardless of how you get it--that's the standard alternate colors for Pichu.

The notch-eared Pichu is probably impossible to get an in-game version of--seeing as that would require a different sprite set (unless there's hidden data for it as a gender difference, which I highly doubt).

Ahh, but the Pichu that's been classified as "Pikachu Colored Pichu" has a special moveset that makes it slightly more useful than a normal Pichu.

As for Notched Ear... huh, I heard they were releasing one... guess I heard wrong. Oh well.

Pikachu colored Pichu update! The event for the Pikachu colored Pichu will be happening in roughly 5 days, and I should be able to make a code to get it and the wonder card for any and all that want it and or that are too lazy to make it themselves. Actually Pika, the Arceus event is the 19th of July, the Jirachi event is the 19th of this month (Friday), and, as I've stated already, this Friday is also the day that the Pikachu colored Pichu will be released.

It is, but it's just applies to the total when combined with EVs.

IVs are gained through proteins, zincs and other items that raise stats.

I think you have IVs and EVs mixed up. IVs are randomly predetermined when you encounter a wild Pokemon or receive an egg. EVs are gained when using vitamin items or gaining experience from defeating a Pokemon. You can lower EVs by using certain berries that raise happiness. They decrease EVs by 10 each if I recall correctly.

So, I'm a bit of a newb here, but is there a way you could maybe modify the "Show Secret ID" code to show the Secret ID of the lead Pokémon's OT instead? This could serve as useful to anyone who wants to find Secret IDs for friends who aren't lucky enough to come across an Action Replay (like me).

Also, the EV-reducer berries do decrease by 10, but only if you're at or below 100 EVs in that stat; if the Pokémon in question is not, it is decreased to 100 upon being fed the first one.

Maybe you can also try to get a wild pokemon modifier? Like you throw away so many master balls and how ever many u have left is what pokemon you run into out of the 493 pokemon. It is pretty much like the TM thing.
