Remember back in the day when I was trying to learn assembly? I think I have a decent understanding of it after my assembly language class. HCS12 isn't the same as MIPS, but I can adapt. Expect some cool N64 codes in a few weeks.
Since I moved back to school, my game server has moved with me. I disabled stat tracking, just because it's annoying to keep up to date.
My website and game server can both be found at petermuller.student.rit.edu
Go ahead and check it out if you want.
So at this point, I now have a working linux server again. I am running a Slackware 13.37 box with apache, sql, and php and it is much faster than my previous Ubuntu setup. Now I can host my website AND hack games at the same time.

And as an added bonus, I'm currently downloading a TF2 server. Keep checking back to see if it's up. You can always connect to it when it's on.

So I finally, was able to convert my old computer into a dedicated server box. Awesomeness.
It's old and slow and running Ubuntu 11.10, but it's alive! You've been seeing some broken updates of what my site is attempting to look like, so here it goes:

A minor (or major) quick about myself is that for some reason I hate coding in Windows (I dual boot Fedora 16 and Windows 7). As much as I hate to use Windows for coding, it is far superior in gaming, so guess where my week just went...
I am forcing myself to stay on Linux this week, which means the most fun stuff I can do is finish my website. Once it's done, I'm going to purge all my test posts, start the blog from a new day 1, and everything that is added to that will be coding or programming-related.
