I seem to have found the issue, the fix just didn't work. We're onto this, I hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.

He was banned after he talked smack about GSCentral and was caught acting as a spy.

people have the right to say what they want. don't try to take people's rights away from them.
and so what if he's a spy for (removed advertising) or some other site? what can he "spy" on? it's not like he has access to something that any random person who joined couldn't get.

It's now in the TOS that advertising other sites is not allowed. When you are on our boards, you must respect our wishes. People often confuse the freedom of speech with online services and believe that because they are hidden behind their 486 DX in Argentina that they are free.
Why come back? It's obvious that you disagree with the administration and have no interest in helping anyone. I see you discuss respect but frequently talk smack about GSCentral both here and elsewhere.
If I invited you over to my house, there are certain standards that I would expect you to follow. I would like to hope that you wouldn't steal games from my extensive video game collection, spit into the plants, or punch a hole in the wall after losing a round in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
GSCentral is my "virtual home". There are also standards (see "Rules") in the appropriate forum. By signing up, you have already agreed to these TOS. If you dislike the moderate expectations of mutual respect and decency, there are always trashier places on the Internet to visit and call your home.

"our" wishes? no, your wishes. almost every website doesn't allow advertising. that has nothing to do with censoring members though. advertising is saying "hey, go here". the word is censored so it can't be used because you don't like it. that's being a tyrant. I know it's just a movie, but even in 300 the Persian leader threatened to kill anyone who talked about the Spartans if the Persians took over. you threaten to ban instead, if any member mentions the name of your "enemy". seeing a resemblance?
I got news for you man, you don't own gscentral and what you want isn't all that matters. THE MEMBERS own gscentral. the people who spend the time making codes for this place and make the community active own it as much as you. you are only a small part of that. no one member has a right to say it is "theirs". it's everyone's. and what the members want counts as much or more as what you want. censoring the people who let this place exist is not cool.
gscentral has always been about freedom and it was successful that way until the staff started trying to control its members. it needs to stay that way.

We're going in circles here. It's our site, and we choose to run it as we deem fit. Suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome; incoherent and vague rants are not. If you dislike the way it is being run, you can leave.
The administration decided to give you another chance and you have ruined the privilege of posting here. Again, if you do not like GSCentral, then you are welcome to leave. It seems that after almost a year of your complaining, your own interest is to ruin the experiences of others. That seems to be rather selfish and rude. I have no other choice but for the benefit of everyone in this community to remove your ability to post because you have been consistently a determent to the continued happiness of this community.

I always find it amusing how everyone who joined after 2005 knows the site better than folks who have been here since 1999 or earlier!
We have been listening to our visitors for the last few months and our latest compilation thread is a testament to that fact. We want to make GSCentral the best that it can be, and I strongly believe that the changes of the future will reflect the wishes of the community.

It is a shame really I find thgat even though I was a very late comer I was more suitable to keep this site going than it's previous administration. and that In the short while I've been here UI have done more for this site than over half of the oldbies ever did.

You know I'm still at the enemy site, trying to get codes from them, and don't worry I'm crediting them, although Dlong might be actually visiting this site, becuase he said good luck for going undercover for GSCentral, and theday I posted the thread about "Stealing" codes from them instead of "Posting" codes, he siad a post about saying something about stealing their codes for anotehr site
