    Mods-in-training like myself can do regular bans, but not IP bans. Admins and full mods (I think) can do IP bans.

    <Edit> Luigiman, can you report the PM so I can see it first? It'll show up in my e-mail... I know I sound like a bit of a bully for being questioning, but I need proof before I up and ban someone >.<

    @KD: Noviceman's already been perma-banned. He made a second account called Pogomasta to evade bans and he called me stupid. Aaron banned his IPs, but he'll probably keep using proxies just to be an ass-face.
