Since I can't get SSBB until my birthday, I've been playing Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. Here's my starting eevee:
Timid nature
HP: 10-17
ATK: 20-26
DEF: 28-29
SpATK: 30, 31
SpDEF: 20-24
Spd: 27-29

Overall, I'd say it's very good. I'm thinking it would make an excellent Espeon. If only the HP and atk were reversed...
