onby I post the codes I found for Final Fantasy IV: The After Years for PAL-Version.
I attache my txt-file so you can put it directly on the SD-Card.

I will post the rest of the Item codes as I find them. This are only the codes for the number of Items, the place where they are set on the Item menu is coded somewhere else. I will try to find them too and I will try to get all of the Item digits for the game.

Item in first place:

For the next places just add 4 to the last place of the code adress.

And now to the Itemquantity Codes:
the quantity for the first Item (Itemdigit 01; Flame Claws) is (not tested completely for complete Itemlist):
004f3437 000000xx

If you want to get 99 Potions you must first find the Item digit in the list. Next you must deplete it by 1 and multiply it with 4. For the example with the Potions:

Digit Potion: CE -> -1 = CC -> x4 = 334 -> + 004f3437 = 004f376b

99 Potion : 004f376b 00000063.

Try them out, if they shouldn't function contact me I will try to find the problem.

After some trying, I found out that you need only to activate the quantítypart of every code and save the game. After you load the saved game again the items will be in the inventory. this means you need only to activate the quantity codes for items.

I think you don't have the hacked ISO 36 in stalled on your WII. Because Gecko can only interact with channels if you have this installed instead of the original.
To get it go to wiibrew.org and search for the dopmii application. start this from the homebrew channel and follow the instruction on wiibrew and you can exchange the ISO
and you are able to cheat in all channels.
